1. If I make an initial deposit and decide not to proceed, can I request a refund?

2. What documents will I get when I complete my payment?
You will get an allocation letter upon completing your payment for the land, and a deed of assignment when your building is fully finished.
3. If I refer a new client, do I get a commission?
You get 7% for every new client.
4. Are there other payments I am to make apart from the payment for the land?
Yes. You are expected to make payments for Infastructure and development as the estate progress.
5. What does development entail?
This is the maping out and excavation of the plot only when you are ready to build. It also comes with the building drawings.
6. What does Infastructure entail?
Infastructure comprises, but is not limited to: estate roads, perimeter fencing, estate electricity, street lights, drainage, security posts, etc. within the estate.
7. What will happen if I default in my payment plan?
There will be a surcharge that grows by 3% for every month you default.
8. How soon will I receive my allocation after completing my payment?
You will receive your allocation letter immediately after confirming full payment and completing all necessary documentation.
